Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible, numerous attachments have been designed and developed like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more accurately. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and would be available in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
