End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are common in the material handling business for their extreme flexibility. These equipment have superior performance characteristics which are somewhat comparable to sit-down electric lift truck models.
These forklift units are ideal for warehouse settings that have limited space. The space needed to use these machines are less than the three-wheel electric forklift truck needs. These machines are an ideal choice for applications which need regular on and off access, because their stand-up design is an exceptional feature.
The reach truck is a loading equipment used by various businesses who maintain a storage facility involving the arrangement of finished goods on pallets and supplies that are stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck offers safe and easy retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent alternative for individuals who prefer to store pallets of products they do not need yet in an efficient and safe way.
All standard reach truck models will have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the machine. Telescoping tines are mounted to the out-rigging and could move down and up. The blades also include a hydraulic setup that allows the driver to pick up the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not only offers more balance to the whole load, but makes it very easy for the reach truck to maneuver into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
Once the designated shelf has been identified, the hydraulic forks swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into place. Usually, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet across without any problem, so long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
